From Hamilton, Ontario to Normandy, France, the Torch design project took shape thanks to the creativity and expertise of the McMaster student team and the MMRI.

The MMRI is a 21,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art applied research and innovation centre that offers design and innovation services and training opportunities.

The MMRI provides the manufacturing industry with access to cutting-edge technology and equipment, as well as a multi-disciplinary team with the expertise to solve real-world problems and overcome barriers.
